Select products offered on our website are "made to order" to allow for customization or to keep prices down for customers. As a service to our customers, we offer a variety of these products at our online store.

These products will have a special message on the product page to inform you that this item is a special order. When ordering one of these items, please be aware that unlike other items ordered from our store, because of the special nature of these products your credit card or payment method will be charged when you place your order (before the item is shipped.) Special order items are also subject to a 15% restocking fee if the item order is canceled, or if the item is returned.
